Modern medicine brought many great breakthroughs, yet still we do not have solutions for chronic / autoimmune diseases. Chakra healing is a deep internal and long process which aims to treat the body’s 7 energy centers. The foundation of our energetic body consists of 7 major chakras as shown in the image above.

The 7 chakras are divided to 2 main groups –

The upper 3 chakras – Throat chakra, Third eye chakra, Throat chakra are considered as the higher self –  spiritual chakras which connect the physical body with the Divine.

The lower 3 chakras are considered as the physical body.

The 4’th chakra – heart chakra is the connection between the higher self and our physical body.

The Benefits of Chakra Healing

  • Physical Health: Improved energy flow can lead to better overall health and vitality.
  • Emotional Balance: Helps in releasing emotional blockages and promotes emotional well-being.
  • Mental Clarity: Enhances focus, intuition, and mental clarity.
  • Spiritual Growth: Facilitates a deeper connection with one’s higher self and spiritual awakening.

Chakra healing is a personal journey and can be tailored to individual needs and preferences. Combining these practices with a holistic approach to health can lead to a more balanced and harmonious life.

Common Chakra Healing Practices

  1. Meditation: Focused meditation on each chakra can help in balancing and aligning them. Visualization of the corresponding colors and chanting specific mantras (like “Lam” for the Root Chakra, “Vam” for the Sacral Chakra, etc.) are often used.
  2. Yoga: Specific yoga poses are associated with each chakra to help open and balance them. For example, Tree Pose for the Root Chakra, Cobra Pose for the Sacral Chakra, and Camel Pose for the Heart Chakra.
  3. Crystal Healing: Placing crystals on the corresponding chakras during meditation or sleep can help in balancing the energy centers.
  4. Reiki and Energy Healing: Practitioners use hands-on healing techniques to channel energy into the chakras, promoting balance and healing.
  5. Aromatherapy: Essential oils like sandalwood for the Root Chakra, ylang-ylang for the Sacral Chakra, and lavender for the Crown Chakra can be used to balance the chakras through inhalation or topical application.
  6. Sound Healing: Using sound frequencies, such as tuning forks, singing bowls, or chanting, can help in balancing the chakras. Each chakra is believed to resonate with a specific frequency.
