Abundance and the law of non-attachment🌺

Today’s affirmation –  “As I let go of the need to arrange my life, the Universe brings abundant good to me

Today’s Mantra: Om Anandam Nama

Today we will learn how releasing the desire to reach a certain result will open the gate for the law of non-attachment into our lives.

Abundance can take many forms. As long as what we wish for is driven by intentions/desires that benefit the world, we can achieve whatever we want!

Deepak’s friend and co-founder of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing, Dr. David Simon, said: “Symbols of abundance: a big house, a new car or fancy jewellery will bring waves of excitement into your life. But that doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the ocean for a few passing waves.”

If you live on the shores of the ocean with an abundance of love, passion, creativity and meaning, then these symbols will “chase” you.”

Question 1: Which symbols of abundance are you dreaming about?

Question 2: How can they improve both your life and the lives of others?

Today’s tasks ✍🏻:

  1. Write within your notebook – Analyse the description of your mother on the 11th day and notice repeating patterns in different forms in your life. Do you see yourself “copy-paste” these patterns within situations in your life? What are the similarities between you and your mother and how are they expressed?
  2. Write within your notebook today’s statement:
    “When I let go of the need to organise my life, the universe brings me unlimited good abundance”
  3. Listen to today’s audio file twice in a row
    (You need to do the meditation only once).
