Day 18- Welcome to 💖😊Day 18✨Live in unity✨😊💖

Today’s affirmation-  “I celebrate my unity with all life knowing we are all one.

Today’s Mantra: Tat Tham Aci

Tasks for day 18☀️:

In today’s meditation we will speak about unity as the fundamental truth of all existence.

As individuals, we are not always alike. We may have different lifestyles, beliefs and perceptions.

However, these differences only exist in the physical realm.

Whereas at the molecular and spiritual level we are all one and connected to the primordial universal source.

As we begin to fully understand this concept of living in unity, the idea of a personal “I” gives way to the image of a universal “I”.

The concept of rivalry disappears and cooperation comes as a natural replacement.

This connection enables deep feelings of love and empathy for everyone and everything around us.

Reflections for today >>

Question 1: How would you define unity?

Question 2: How did meditation help you realize the idea of living in unity?

Tasks for day 18:

Write down answers to the following questions in a notebook:

A) Do I like people?

B) What annoys me the most about “others”? And did I find the courage to discover exactly these qualities myself?😉

C) How and when did I first receive the news that we are all one 🤯?

D) Does it scare me or does the awareness of unity with everyone make me happy?

Have a wonderful day and a deep feeling of unity during the meditation 🐧🧘🏼🦚

Meditation – the practice of controlling our thoughts = life

We are all the same, we live our life seeking for truth to be revealed to us.

The truth about our living purpose and the meaning of situations that we meet during our life.

As years pass, we stop asking the deep questions and build a living routine based mainly on our past experiences.
