Week 1 - Preparing for abundance. We consider the idea that we have unlimited potential, the infinite source of abundance, how consciousness and the mind affects the flow of abundance, and how we can more deeply understand that abundance is a divine right.

Day 5- Welcome to 🌼Day 5🌼

Today’s affirmation – Today I embrace my potential to be, do and have whatever I can dream.

Today’s mantra – Sat Chit Ananda– I am the infinite reality.

Sat (सत्): This means “truth” or “existence.” It refers to the unchanging, eternal, and absolute reality that underlies the universe. Chit (चित्): This means “consciousness” or “awareness.” It signifies pure consciousness, the essence of the mind, which is not bound by the limitations of time, space, or individuality. Ananda (आनन्द): This means “bliss” or “happiness.” It denotes the perfect, infinite, and unconditional joy that comes from the realization of one’s true nature.

Real abundance is impossible to experience by yourself. You will experience abundance flow expansion based on the Law of Energy Exchange. Everything is made up of energy. A person constantly exchanges energy with other people. The first principle of this law is that balance must be maintained in everything. If somewhere there is an energy reduction then somewhere else there is an increase. Energy doesn’t just disappear – it’s basic physics. Everything you send out to the world will eventually come back to you! If you wish to achieve balanced life, give and receive equally.

Today’s challenge is entirely dedicated to energy exchange, giving & receiving. And this will be a turning point in our journey! Find out today how you can be more giving than usual!

For example, you can donate money to someone in need / to an organisation that you trust and believe in its activity, You can also give in many ways other than money few examples:

✨ You can tidy up the house and see which of your belongings / clothes / accessories you can donate instead of selling them.

✨ Cook something special for someone else.

✨ Choose people that you appreciate and write them a greeting full of love and compliments from the bottom of your heart / record them an authentic voice message full of generosity.

✨ Write a post on social networks and highly praise a person who gave you excellent service such as a therapist who gave you excellent treatment, or a business that provided courteous service, a restaurant you really enjoyed eating at, etc..

✨ Put more focus on kindness to strangers in the public space, by smiling, let someone pass you in line if they are in a hurry, make someone else who feels low energy happier!

✨ Start your own small / bug abundance group!
Or you can refer friends to this website!

✨ Direct compliments to strangers – if a taxi driver was kind, tell him that you really enjoyed traveling with him.
Be creative😁 Be good to others, bring love and joy to the world.

Of course you can also choose more than one option from the above list!
The recommendation is to focus on giving from today onwards in any way that suits you for the rest of your life.

The givers, beyond the great feeling of satisfaction, receive from the universe and other people back! So this is a movement that you want to start producing in your life more and more !🪷🌱🤝🧚‍♀️🫶
