Today’s affirmation – “Everything I desire is within me!“
Today’s mantra – Ram – Ram mantras are dedicated to Lord Rama, one of the most revered deities in Hinduism. Lord Rama is the seventh avatar of Vishnu and is the protagonist of the epic Ramayana. These mantras are chanted for spiritual growth, protection, and to invoke the blessings of Lord Rama. The repetition of the name “Ram” is considered extremely potent in Hinduism. This simple practice, known as “Nama Japa,” is believed to bring spiritual liberation and inner peace.
Today’s challenge is around starting a new relationship with money.
Most of us believe that we must work super hard to achieve material wealth.
However, this is not necessarily so.
Our brain learns through repetition and repetition! Write this statement 10 times in your notebook and/or create a voice reminder on your phone and come back to it during the week.
This task is one of the longest in our journey, it can take about an hour. All this is done to create harmony in our internal relationship with money.
Before performing it – sit comfortably, relax, inhale several times slowly and deeply through the nose and exhale at the same rate through the nose. Open your hearts.🩷
