Day 10- Welcome to ❤️Day 10❤️ the law of karma and conscious decision 🧚🏼‍♀️✨🌿🪄

  • In today’s meditation and tasks we will discuss the law of karma and conscious decision making, we will see how by making the right choices, we can bring goods and growth into our lives.
  • When you make a choice, you should ask yourself how this choice can potentially bring more happiness and more abundance into your life and the lives of others?
  • Once you have asked this important question, shift your attention from your brain to your heart and the answer should immediately become very clear and obvious.
  • By practicing conscious decision making in the heart❤️ way, you will learn to observe your thoughts and make decisions that are best for you.

Today’s affirmation –  “Today I make great choices because they are made with full awareness.

Day 10 mantra- Om Kriam Nama 🧘🏻

Here are your tasks for day 10:

Answer within your notebook the following questions:

  • Question #1: How do you usually make decisions?
  • Question #2: How have your major decisions affected your life?
  • Question #3: How can you make sure you choose consciously from now on?
  • Choose 2 flaws from the list of 5 shortcomings which you wrote down yesterday, choose those that you are willing to work with. Prepare an action plan by writing at least 2 actions, specific or broader daily activities defined in time and place. In order for you to “fix” a less desirable flaw, prepare a specific plan on how to reduce it / you can also try to identify a strong point which this flaw brings with it and use it to for your advantage! After the plan is finalised you are ready to start acting according to your plan. 🪷
  • Listen to today’s audio file at least 3 times (you can do the meditation only once). Write the statement of the day in your notebook and keep it in your mind, remember and express it as often as possible during the day.🌻
  • Bonus task for today – for those who wish to Embrace new ways!🌼🌻🌷🌸🌹 Try to do something you don’t usually do, preferably something really, really pleasant In general, listen to your soul throughout the day and do what it really asks from you 🙏
