Week 2 - Throughout this second week, you will delve deeper into various aspects of self-awareness, mindfulness, and personal growth. Each day builds upon the previous, encouraging you to set intentions, embrace uncertainty, cultivate abundance, and improve your mind-body connection. The exercises and meditations are designed to help you integrate these concepts into your daily life, fostering a deeper sense of harmony and purpose.

Day 11- Welcome to ❤️Day 11❤️ Abundance and the law of minimum effort🪷🌻🌼

In today’s meditation we will look at the law of minimum effort.

When our actions are motivated by love, our energy multiplies and accumulates.

Releasing this energy allows us to direct it towards the creation of whatever we want.
All the vast power of the universe is at our disposal. We can then use this energy creatively, moving towards abundance and development.

Today’s affirmation –  “I expect and accept abundance to flow easily to me!

Day 11 mantra- Om Daksham Nama🧘🏻

Here are your tasks for day 11:

Write within your notebook –

Question 1: According to your beliefs, how hard do you have to work to enjoy true abundance? (Especially important for the workaholics among us)

Question 2: In which areas of your life would you like to create more abundance?

Question 3: What changes must you make to release your desires into the space of Universal Consciousness – the source of all abundance?

Once the above were covered, let’s move to the main task of today – Our mothers are our basic female archetype that we use to build our personalities (one of the 2 core archetypes – second is the father). Therefore, it is essential to understand what belief systems we have inherited and how these now shape our lives.

Please describe your mother in your notebook, list all the following details regarding her:

  • Her positive aspects
  • Her limitations
  • What did you learn or are you still learning from her?
  • What brought you closer to her / unites you with her?
  • What separated you/keeps you apart?

Those of us who have lost this mother may not have an easy task. ❤️ If your mother is no longer in this world, focus on her image in your memory. Join her and write what comes up to your mind and heart.

Meditation – the practice of controlling our thoughts = life

We are all the same, we live our life seeking for truth to be revealed to us.

The truth about our living purpose and the meaning of situations that we meet during our life.

As years pass, we stop asking the deep questions and build a living routine based mainly on our past experiences.
