In Week 3 of Deepak Chopra's 21-Day Meditation Experience, the focus is on the practical aspects of abundance through living in abundance, manifesting your desires and sustaining the positive changes you've cultivated over the previous weeks. This week emphasises visualisation, trust, and living abundantly. Manifesting and Sustaining!

Day 21- Welcome to 🦚Day 21🦚Abundant life 🦚

Today’s affirmation-  “Every moment of every day I live my life abundantly!

Today’s Mantra: So Hum

Welcome to the last day of our challenge 🌞
Thank you for your dedication and commitment to yourselves 🙏 especially on days like these. I really hope that each and every one of you received a value 💜

Tasks for day 21☀️:

Pay attention to the seven “triggers” for happiness:

🌟 Give to others
🌟 Pass on light and love
🌟 Let go, release things which do not serve you
🌟 Pamper yourself – live your life with indulgent
🌟 Be grateful
🌟 Give yourself – be of service
🌟 Forgive

When these 7 switches become a part of your life, happiness will naturally flow into them. Simply and easily.

Everything is energy, and its flow must be circular and continuous in order to return abundance to you. This is how the law of reciprocity works.

Keep your channels open and clean so that your energy can flow without interruption, and stay focused on your goals, and inner work, so that future (and current…) challenges will help you grow and develop.

Your future is in your hands 🙌
You make choices every day, every moment.

How you spend your time, who you spend it with and how you feel at every moment – determines the quality of your life.

Key Takeaways🌟

🔑 Awareness

🔑 Gratitude

🔑 Recognition of value & abundance

Meditation – the practice of controlling our thoughts = life

We are all the same, we live our life seeking for truth to be revealed to us.

The truth about our living purpose and the meaning of situations that we meet during our life.

As years pass, we stop asking the deep questions and build a living routine based mainly on our past experiences.
