  • Structure – 7 Chakras: The human body is believed to have seven main energy centers called chakras. These chakras are aligned along the spine, from the base to the crown of the head.
  • Pathways: The primary pathway for Kundalini energy is the Sushumna Nadi, which runs along the spinal cord. There are also two other important nadis (energy channels) called Ida and Pingala, which intersect at the chakras.

Activating Kundalini energy is a way to summon chakra power but it’s not the only way to empower chakra power.

  • Practices: meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), chanting, yoga asanas (postures), and visualisation techniques.

  • Physical and Psychological Changes: Awakening Kundalini is said to lead to significant changes, including heightened awareness, spiritual enlightenment, and various psychic phenomena. Some also report physical sensations such as heat, tingling, or vibrations.
  • Risks: Improper or premature awakening of Kundalini can lead to psychological or physical imbalances, which is why it is often recommended to undertake these practices under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
