The bad things which we tell ourselves will create our future.

Pessimistic thoughts will affect every cell of your body, your brain will create chemicals which will make you feel stress.

The bad things which we tell ourselves will create our future.

Life reflects our thoughts. Life has the tendency to support each belief we choose.

Our attention is the energy of life.

You are welcome to check it out, if you go out for a run and imagine that a dog across the road is planning to attack you, you will feel fear and adrenaline spreading all over your body, when you will discover that this dog is actually a ship you will feel relaxed and relief but your heart will continue pounding because it still reacts to the original thinking. This is the power of thoughts.

The first thing is to be aware, write down the case which makes you anxious, which thoughts pop up in your mind when you think about this scenario?

To turn these thoughts around, we strongly recommend reading Byron Katie’s book Loving What Is (1996) in this book Byron Katie presents the Work technique which is based on the following 4 questions:

  1. Is it true?
  2. Can you absolutely know that it’s true?
  3. How do you react when you believe that thought?
  4. Who would you be without the thought? How would you feel if you didn’t have that thought?

Example of the work? Here is a nice video for you to watch –
